It's the Great British Bake Off's first ever batter week tonight as the bakers make everything from Yorkshire puddings to pancakes.
Cue a LOT of innuendo about tossing.
It's week for of what we now know to be the FINAL series of The Great British Bake Off on BBC One (*sob*) and Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry serve up some of the toughest challenges yet.
In the first of the usual three tasks, the signature bake, the nine remaining contestants must come up with Yorkshire Pudding creations, baking an identical set with their choice of savoury fillings.
"They're not going to allow me into Yorkshire ever again," remarks Val as her bake fails to go to plan.
"I can't make Yorkshires to save my life," concludes Jane.
But one baker gets it spot on, causing Paul to exclaim: "That tastes unbelievable."
Next, the technical challenge requires a steady hand to master its intricacies as the bakers are told to flip the perfect pancake and there's no room for error.
Finally there is the show-stopper where ovens are BANNED and instead the fryers are out as the group put their spin on a Spanish favourite: Churros.
At the end of it all one will finish on a high as star baker but another will be sent packing by Paul and Mary.
The Great British Bake off continues at 8PM tonight on BBC One.
