The Great British Bake Off 2016 kicks off tonight and some of the new batch of bakers are already in trouble.
Tonight sees Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins return to the Bake Off tent, together with Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood who are ready to cast a critical eye over the creations of this year's contestants.
And tonight twelve new amateur bakers don their aprons and head for the iconic tent in the heart of the British countryside.
In all, 30 challenges have been conjured up for the brand new series, each designed to test the bakers' knowledge, skill and creativity.
The competition begins with cake week. The group first take on a British classic: The drizzle cake.
However some bakers forget ingredients while another ends up accidentally slashing themselves with a KNIFE on the first day.
After a harsh judging session from Paul, the group are then faced with Mary's technical challenge - a popular little cake with a fatless sponge and tricky chocolate work.
Finally, the bakers have the opportunity to show the judges what they can do with the weekly showstopper challenge.
At the end of the show, as always, the best of the bunch will be crowned star baker, while one contestant will be leaving the tent.
Great British Bake Off 2016 airs Wednesday nights at 8PM on BBC One.
