An average audience of just 400,000 viewers tuned in to the Got To Dance final last night.
It was dancing duo Duplic8 who won Got To Dance 2014 in yesterday evening's finale.
The street duo – comprising former Britain’s Got Talent finalist Tobias Mead, 26, and 13-year-old Jak Tuite-Leach – received the most public votes to walk away with the £250,000 prize money.
An average audience of 360,000 watched the show's live performances between the final nine acts from 6:30PM until 8:20PM, while the audience rose to 400,000 as the results were announced just before 9PM in a second separate show.
Last night's final was hosted by Davina McCall in front of a 6,000-strong audience at London’s Earls Court and featured guest performances from The Vamps and last year’s Got To Dance champion Lukas McFarlane.
The numbers are well down on the last series which had seen 800,000 viewers for the performances alone in 2013.
A strong audience of some 1.01 million viewers tuned in for the results back in March last year, where the show was airing in its usual Winter/Spring time slot on Sunday nights.
It is currently unclear whether Got To Dance will return for a sixth series.
