Davina McCall is reportedly set to quit hosting Got To Dance in favour of a new ITV series.
The show - which still doesn't have a name - will see famous celebs and their partners competing in a weekly Strictly Come Dancing style dance show.
The series is set to launch next month and will overlap the return of Strictly later in the year.
“ITV has seen Strictly pull in massive ratings for ten years and they want to get in on the action. It’s a pretty ruthless move to launch a dance show at the same time of year," a source said earlier this year. “The BBC won’t like this at all – it could spell the end for their flagship show.”
While there is still a need for a name, and celebs to take part, they do at least have a host.
According to the Daily Mirror, Davina is set to front the Saturday night entertainment show, leaving Got To Dance to do so.
Although an insider told the newspaper that bosses at Sky were hoping Davina would be able to stick with both shows.
They told the newspaper: "We don’t know anything about it. As far as we’re concerned she’ll be hosting Got to Dance when it returns in January.”
