JLS frontman Aston Merrygold says that he's been inspired by the talent he's seen as a judge on Sky1 show Got To Dance.
The 24-year-old heartthrob joined the panel as a replacement for Adam Garcia, who left to concentrate on his stage career.
And Aston - best known for his backflip - has been left astounded by the high standard of the contest, which is now in its fourth series.
He told Digital Spy: "I've definitely been inspired by the different forms of dancing. The strength, the core work, the training for someone doing ballet, that's just incredible.
"You can't dance ballet without being in your best physical shape and in the peak of fitness. Jazz dancing as well, it's not just about feet work, great rhythms and movement, it's about getting that personality across.
"You get inspired and get ideas from all over the place when you see this wider array of dance acts on the show."
Aston added that his favourite act so far are street group Ruff Diamond, who have returned for a second shot at making the live finals after missing out last year.
The final auditions of the series air this Sunday at 6.00pm on Sky1 (HD).
