Dancing On Ice 2012 winner Matthew Wolfenden has revealed a list of injuries that will probably keep him off of the ice for a while yet.
Unfortunately for him however, the Dancing On Ice tour starts in just two weeks' time!
Instead of getting a bit of rest, Matt will be spending his few free days since the show's finish in hospital.
"I’m going to see a specialist in Birmingham this week for an MRI on the shoulder and my knee," Matt explained. “The shoulder is very uncomfortable, I can’t lift it over my head at the moment which is a problem because the Dancing On Ice tour starts on April 13."
He went on: “I’m going to have a cortisone injection first to tide me over, and then hopefully the specialist will be able to get things sorted long term.
“It’s the same expert who has worked with Torvill and Dean since they won the Olympics, so I’m lucky to know I’m going to be getting the best treatment.”
But despite suffering all the pain, Matt revealed he had to keep them from holding him back in the final on Sunday.
He told the Daily Mirror: “Actually I’ve been lucky, some of the other injuries this year have been pretty horrific compared to mine.”
