Dancing On Ice 2012 rivals Matthew Wolfenden and Jorgie Porter going to both take on the head banger on tomorrow night's semi-final show.
It'll be the second time Jorgie has taken on the move this series, but for Matthew it'll be a tough challenge, with the dangerous spin usually only allowed to be carried out by the pro dancers.
Only once before have the show's team given the all clear for a male celebrity to take on the move, which will see Matt spin partner Nina Ulanova around by her feet.
And despite Jorgie having completed the move already, show coaches Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean have increased the pressure by requiring that this time she ends the spin like a professional, by standing up instead of lying on the ice.
"It's semi-final time and the pressure's on," an insider said. "Everyone knows if you pull off the headbanger there is a strong chance the judges will reward you — and the public.
"The difference tomorrow is that with two couples doing it, the second one will be judged against the first."
This weekend will also see the final four skaters stake on the Ultimate Skills Test, with the celebrity who is top of the judges' leaderboard going straight through to next weekend's final.
The source added: "She's been doing really well but the nerves have been getting to her and making her stomach turn cartwheels.
"If she can just pull off the headbanger she will be in clover."
Dancing On Ice airs tomorrow night on ITV1.
