Dancing On Ice hopeful Jennifer Ellison has revealed she's been struggling with some "tough and scary" lifts ahead tonight's latest live show.
Just six celebrity skaters remain in the competition and this evening another one will be booted out of the show.
Speaking to the Liverpool Echo, Jennifer explained: "I’ve thrown myself into the rink wholeheartedly and I’ve been working really hard with [my skating partner] Dan Whiston.
"And I’m going to need to because I’ve got two really tough lifts to do – the No-Hands Aeroplane Spin and the Backwards Roll-up. They are both as tough and scary as they sound so I’ve really had to work at them."
Tonight will also see this year's Dancing On Ice team challenge, with the boys and the girls both teaming up for a group skate.
Jennifer continued: "Thankfully it’s safety in numbers this week thought as it’s the Group Challenge and I’m in the girls team with Jorgie and Chemmy dancing to the Spice Girls track Spice Up Your Life.
"We are doing the routine like Charlie’s Angels, and I’ve taken on the Cameron Diaz role, whatever that is.
"If we manage to beat the boys then we get to double our points and hopefully fingers crossed that will keep us out of the dreaded skate-off."
Dancing On Ice 2012 airs from 6:35PM tonight on ITV1.
