Ratings for Dancing On Ice 2012 are in steep decline, the latest official viewing figures have revealed.
The current series of the show, which saw a big shake up that included two new judges and a new presenter, has failed to win back viewers.
The show started strong at the start of last month, with 8.4 million viewers tuning to the launch show. However it was down to 6.4 million viewers just an hour later for the first results.
The downward trend as continued throughout the series, with the latest episode scoring just above 7 million viewers, while the latest results recorded less than 6 million viewers.
Despite the judges' insisting that the competition is wide open and the celebs are more skilled than ever, viewers have been deserting the show.
The current series is down nearly 20% on last year's figures, suggesting ITV were perhaps wrong to axe judge Jason Gardiner.
