The telly star, who plays Theresa McQueen in the weekday soap, told PA how she films from 7am to 7pm before taking part in gruelling late-night ice-skating rehearsals with professional partner Matt Evers.
She confessed: "I don't know how I'm still alive. My body is literally running on adrenaline, it's more hyper than it's ever been.
"I'm getting up at 6am in the morning and skating until 11pm so I don't get home until 12pm at night. It's even more physically tiring because they've decided to put a little bit of a dance storyline in."
And the petite blonde beauty revealed that the show's writers have been using her new skills from Dancing On Ice in the show.
She added "Theresa gets a new little mate and they have fun doing a little raunchy dance number. I think all the writers were like, 'I know...!'."
Dancing On Ice continues this Sunday on ITV1.
