Dancing On Ice 2012 favourite Matthew Wolfenden has suffered yet another injury during training, this time hurting his back.
The hunky soap star was forced to cancel important rehearsals with professional skating partner Nina Ulanova due to the pain.
He wrote on Twitter this week: "Had to cut skating rehearsal short by over an hour today! I've either pulled a muscle or trapped a nerve in my back! Whichever it is...... I can hardly stand up straight, never mind skate! I'm in agony! #owch."
But he insisted to his followers that he'd do his best on Sunday night.
The Emmerdale actor added: "I'll be skating Sunday, even if I have to put skates on my hands and do it upside down... I will be skating!!!"
This weekend will see the Dancing On Ice contestants go head to head in a new twist called 'The Duel', which will pitch skaters against one another.
Favourite Matthew will be going head to head with Jorgie Porter, with the pair having both scored top marks last Sunday night.
It kicks off on Sunday night on ITV1.
