Dancing On Ice 2018's live semi-final airs this weekend and the pressure is on.

With a place in the grand final up for grabs, this week the final four contestants have a brand new challenge.

They'll each be performing two completely new routines each with their pro partners, which will both be marked by the judges.

In addition, each celebrity need to perform at least 30 seconds of pure solo skating.

Currently just the four celebs remain on the current Dancing On Ice 2018 cast after eight weeks of competition.

Following each of the celeb's latest live performances, it was ITV weatherman Alex Beresford who was voted off Dancing On Ice last week.

Alex and pro skater Brianne faced the skate off against Love Island's Kem Cetinay and his pro partner Alex Murphy.

In the skate off, judges Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo all decided to keep Kem over Alex.

Those left on the Dancing On Ice line up are Max Evans and his pro skater Ale Izquierdo and Coronation Street actress Brooke Vincent and her pro partner Matej Silecky.

Also back on the ice this weekend will be Love Island's Kem Cetinay and his pro partner Alex Murphy and X Factor's Jake Quickenden and skater Vanessa Bauer.

In these pictures from rehearsals, we see Kem Cetinay and partner Alex Murphy attempt their first lifts.

Kem, who found himself in the skate off this Sunday night, will be upping the ante to ensure he avoids elimination on Sunday night.

However he'll have to do VERY well to topple current favourite to win Jake Quickenden.

Aoife Heffron, Spokesperson for bookies BoyleSports commented: “Kem Cetinay’s chances of catching Jake Quickenden before the final of Dancing on Ice have melted away after a shock appearance in the skate off resulted in his odds being pushed out to 7/1.”

She added “Now 1/4 from 1/3, it looks like it will be a straight forward skate to the finish line for Jake Quickenden.”

Dancing On Ice 2018 continues Sunday night at 6PM on ITV with the semi-final.

The final will air on March 11.
