The Hollyoaks star is one of 12 celebrities signed up for the new series.

Partnered with Sylvain Longchambon, Stephanie has been suffering in rehearsals for the first live show.

"I’ve hurt my hand but it’s not serious and it’s out of strap now," she revealed. "And my knees a bit swollen, I’ve got a bit of fluid in my knee."

She said: I’m falling over more as the weeks are going by and I’m not sure if that’s because I’m pushing myself harder and doing more technical things...

"I wanted to do it so bad. I’m not a skater or a dancer so I forget when we do the routines... I’m forgetting about my body and what my face is doing."

Meanwhile, Stephanie joked she was "so undisciplined" when it came to the show's tough training regime.

“I’m the worst I’m like partying till like 4 in the morning on a Saturday night I’m the worst of all of us," she said. “I’m so undisciplined.

"I’m joking by the way I’m not like that. But it is important, in the week training, I’m in bed early and you have to get your rest.

“But I always have that one day for me where you go out for dinner, and have my social life as well because you need it, you need your time because it’s so sparing for everyone.”
