The Dancing On Ice 2018 line up of contestants have been told to avoid sex over Christmas.
Other "overindulgences" - including feasts of food, booze and cigarettes - have also been banned.
Returning DOI judge Jason Gardiner has said there should be "Absolutely no sex" while the celebs remain in the competition.
He told The Sun newspaper: "They need to avoid alcohol, any overindulgence on Christmas Day and sex.
"Absolutely no sex. It drains you of your chi."
Jason added: “I’m being serious. Like boxers, they will have to abstain. I’m going to.”
And straight-talking Jason has warned this year's stars that he hasn't changed a bit from when he was last on the show.
Promising to be as honest as ever, Jason said: "I don’t see them as celebrities. When you first meet them, they are all very cool.
“It’s mainly everyone around them that gets offended — ‘I can’t believe you just said that’ — but they are just people and they want to be treated evenly and equally in this competition.”
Joining Jason on the judges' line up will be Diversity dancer Ashley Banjo and skating duo Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, who were coaches on the original series.
Celebrities signed up for the Dancing On Ice 2018 cast include soap star Brooke Vincent, Love Island contestant Kem Cetinay, Great British Bake Off's Candice Brown, X Factor singer Jake Quickenden, Rugby hunk Max Evans, and ITV Weatherman Alex Beresford.
Joining them are singer Lemar, athlete Perri Shakes-Drayton, Coronation Street actor Antony Cotton and Hollyoaks star Stephanie Waring.
Dancing On Ice will start on Sunday, January 7 on ITV.
It'll be the first series to air on UK TV since 2014.
