Dancing On Ice: Bonnie Langford wants to judge the new revived series

Bonnie Langford has revealed hopes of joining Dancing On Ice as a judge.

Dancing On Ice originally ran between 2006 and 2014, hosted by Philip Schofield, Holly Willoughby and later Christine Bleakley.

Rumour has it a tenth series could be on its way and although a return isn't official yet, many names have been linked to the show.

Bonnie Langford took part in the first ever Dancing On Ice series and hopes to return - but not as a contestant.

The actress told The Sun newspaper she'd love to take up a seat behind the judges' desk instead.

"I wouldn’t mind judging it because I know what they’ve been through and I would be very very sympathetic and empathetic," Bonnie explained. “I’d be able to go, ‘I feel your pain, take some Arnica.'”

While nothing has been confirmed, rumour has it that ITV bosses are in talks to get 'Mr Nasty' Jason Gardiner back on the panel and there's also talk that former coaches Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean will return as judges.

Meanwhile, there's been lots of rumoured celebs despite ITV still yet not officially announcing a series.

One of the latest is soap star Brooke Vincent.

The Corrie favourite - who plays Sophie Webster - has reportedly had an audition for the revived series.

Other names already linked to the potential new series of Dancing On Ice includeX Factor's Honey G, Katie Price and Michelle Heaton.

Also rumoured are footballer and recent Celebrity Big Brother housemate Jamie O’Hara plus Steven Gerrard.

But again, ITV is still to officially confirm Dancing On Ice's return to TV.
