Dancing On Ice 2011 contestant Johnson Beharry topped 8 of the 12 weeks of the programme, it has been revealed. The voting figures, released earlier today, show that Sam Attwater only started to top the votes from last week's semi final. Laura Hamilton and Denise Welch also had a week each at the top of the public leaderboard.
Johnson topped the first performance show with 28% of the vote, while Denise Welsh topped the second with 31% of the public's support, the figures indicate. Johnson then had a strong run, topping the votes in Weeks 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8! In Week 9 Laura Hamilton hit back though to take the lead with 24% but it didn't last long.
Johnson topped the votes in week 10 again, but it was Sam who took the semi-final vote with 30%. Johnson was in the bottom two and eventually sent home by the judges.
The figures also reveal that Sam won last night's final with 63% of the vote to Laura's 37%.
