Dancing On Ice 2011 finalist Laura Hamilton has been reflecting back on the competition, saying she wouldn't have changed the past three months for anything. The telly presenter, who has seen her career really take off thanks to the programme, added she was only scared for Sunday's final.
Talking to The Mirror today, Laura admits: “I was worried the fact not many people knew me could go against me. I always knew from week one when it was completely down to the public vote that we’d struggle to make it through.
“You don’t know how the public have taken to you – that’s why we didn’t expect to get this far.”
Meanwhile on the upcoming final show, Laura confessed: "I am scared! I just hope nothing bad happens before then during training. But no matter what happens, I wouldn’t have changed these last few months for anything."
The down-to-earth celeb even defended comments from the likes of Jason Gardiner, who has previously criticised her "stumpy" legs! “The judges give constructive criticism and it’s for the best," she tells the tabloid. "They are never going to love everything you do, so you’ve just got to get on with it.”
