Jeff Brazier has become the latest celebrity to be eliminated from the 2011 series of Dancing On Ice, voted off by the judging panel against Sam Attwater in the skate off. Jeff Brazier and Sam Attwater received the lowest combined public and judges votes after all the remaining celebrities took part in props week, which saw performances involving hats, chairs and canes!
After both had skated again it was up to the judging panel to decide which of the pair's time on the show as up. Earlier, the panel had awarded Jeff Brazier 21.5 points out of a possible 30 while Sam Attwater had scored 24.5
Host Phillip Schofield went to Robin first for his view, who voted to save Sam, saying: "You both took the performances to another level in the skate off but only one of you can go through."
Next, Jason said: "Well Jeff, you certainly did work it out in the skate off but unfortunately it wasn't enough, tonight I'm saving Sam!"
With the result already decided, Emma added: "I would've loved to see you both in the semi-final... Jeff, you had a fantastic second performance but I'm also saving Sam!”
The judges' votes meant Jeff Brazier became the latest celebrity to be eliminated from the show, with three votes to none.
Speaking after his exit, Jeff Brazier said: "I'm grateful to have taken part in the show and to have gotten so far. I've enjoyed Dancing On Ice and it's been great, I'm definitely going to keep up skating."
Meanwhile Christopher Dean added: "We've watched Jeff grow and come along so far... his skating, his lifts and his personality, he's grown so much!"
Dancing On Ice continues next Sunday on ITV1 with the final four celebs will take on "probably the hardest ever" Dancing On Ice challenge!
