Winner of Dancing On Ice 2010 Hayley Tamaddon has hit out at the judging panel for axing Comedy Dave as opposed to Kerry Katona during last night's skate off. Tamaddon, who won last year's series of the show with more than 80% of the final vote, criticised the panel for being too focused on performance as opposed to skating.

Speaking on This Morning, Hayley said: "There are three judges. Two are performance, one is a skating judge.

"If you were going on performance Kerry's face completely sold it. If you are going on skating, Dave did three jumps on his own, unassisted, and landed them."

She added: "As a skater, for me that means a lot."

Last night Dave was eliminated by the panel despite professional former Olympic champ Robin Cousins declaring him the better skater. Dancing On Ice Phillip Schofield said: "I had to turn my phone off last night for all the people who were outraged that were getting in touch with me!"
