The Dancing On Ice 2014 final will see some surprise guests this weekend.
Sunday night marks not only the final of the current all star series but the complete end of the show which ITV confirmed last year would not be returning.
Show bosses have planned lots of surprises throughout the this Sunday's big sendoff for us viewers which will have a celebratory feel.
Amongst the familiar faces back on the ice will be contestants from all 9 series who will be skating alongside the current series line up, who will also reunite for the final.
And there's also set to be an extra special surprise as members of the show's panel and hosting line up put on their skates too.
In the last ever episode the veteran host Phillip Schofield, who has fronted the show since day one, is going to finally get take to the ice alongside cohost Christine Bleakley and the show’s judges: Ashley Roberts, Jason Gardiner, Robin Cousins and Karen Barber.
According to The Sun, the group have been in training for the past two weeks ahead of their performance on Sunday night.
A source told the tabloid earlier in the week: “Fans have wanted Phillip to get his skates on for the past nine years but he has always refused because he doesn’t really fancy slipping over and breaking something.
“But after months of arm-twisting by producers, Phillip has finally agreed to give it a whirl. It should be hilarious TV. With Torvill and Dean doing their last ever performance of the Bolero too, it could be one of the show’s most memorable episodes.”
Beth Tweddle, Ray Quinn and Hayley Tamaddon will be competing in the last live show to be crowned the champion of champions.
