Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner has blasted Christopher Dean after the coach criticised the panel at the weekend.
Chris stood up for Beth Tweddle on Sunday night after another set of poor marks from the judges.
He ranted after the Olympian failed to get 10s for her latest performances: "That was the hardest routine tonight, it had flow, it had the moves, it had rhythm.
"I disagree with them [the judges] and I give them [Beth and Lukaz] a ten."
But Jason hit back this week in his weekly blog: "I have never attacked Beth personally. My critique has always been about her performance, and as a dance and performance judge, I stand by all of my expert opinions. "
The ever critical ice panelist complained: "Which is why I was highly bemused by Christopher Dean losing his composure and dismissing the panel (his girlfriend included) for not giving Beth higher marks.
"To say we don't know what we're talking about is unusually bad form on his part and poses the question: should a mentor show such blatant favouritism? (And let's not mention the very biased VT package)."
Jason concluded: "Beth is definitely one popular girl."
