Dancing On Ice 2014: Ray Quinn feeling the pressure

Ray Quinn (Dancing On Ice 2014)

Ray Quinn has admitted even he is feeling the pressure this week on Dancing On Ice.

The X Factor star is one of five remaining celebs in the contest ahead of Sunday's live semi-final.

This week they must all perform two routines including one which must feature the celebrity FLYING.

Ray said in his weekly blog for the Huffington Post this week: "It was sad to see Kyran go. I really felt for him because he had worked so hard and had to overcome the added hardship of having to break in new boots (trust me, this is not fun at all) and also had a broken foot, bad back but was still knocking out headbangers in his routine.

"But he was up against Sam Attwater at his best, and he had really brought his A-game on the night."

The favourite to win added: "Now the pressure is on and everyone left - Hayley Tamaddon, Beth Tweddle, Sam and I all desperately want to be in the final - so the tension is going to be intense for this Sunday's show."

Earlier this week Ray claimed he had so far only "blagged" his way through the contest.

“I’m definitely blagging it,” he told Daybreak. “You’re living on the edge on the skates. There’s so much to think about, either happens or it doesn’t, that’s the thing.”

The latest episode of Dancing On Ice airs next Sunday night on ITV.
