Dancing On Ice star Hayley Tammadon has admitted she's loving her fitter body.
The former series champ is one of only five skaters left in this year's all stars series and even if she doesn't win, Hayley's got a rather toned body out of it all.
“I train for two to three hours a day or sometimes five when we have other routines to learn. I find skating a really enjoyable exercise to do, I really love it," she said today. "I have noticed a huge difference in my body… I have got muscles now, especially in my arms and shoulders!
"And so far I’ve lost half a stone. Which I’m more than happy with.”
In an interview with the Daily Star newspaper today, Hayley revealed how she's been in training since last SUMMER for this winter's show.
“Before Dancing On Ice I had a personal trainer for three months to tone up," the Corrie star explained. "I trained four days a week with him and it really helped.
"During Dancing On Ice it’s three hours every day with even more at weekends. But normally I work out at home or in the park on a nice day.”
The latest episode of Dancing On Ice airs next Sunday night on ITV.
