Dancing On Ice 2014 hasn't even started yet but poor Hayley Tamaddon is already inured all over.
The soap star has revealed she's been injured three times in training all head of tomorrow night's opening live show.
She explained: “I’ve popped two ribs on my right side, I’ve hurt both wrists because of the moves we do in our routine and I’ve got a pulled muscle here in my tummy from throwing myself backwards all the time.”
And she confessed that things were even harder now than when she was first on the show back in 2010.
Haley, who won the fifth series that year, said: “I hate it, I get so scared.
“I am 37 now. Lifts do hurt! Last time I was a stone lighter and this time I’m like, ‘I’m really heavy, don’t pick me up’.
“I really want to go back to how I looked last time."
She added: “I’ve decided to embrace the curves and not stand next to Jorgie Porter or Beth Tweddle.”
Haley will be reunited with her original series 5 pro skater Daniel Whiston when Dancing On Ice starts on January 5 at 6:15PM on ITV.
