Dancing On Ice 2014 hosts Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley are set to take to the ice themselves this year.
The pair of presenters are apparently being lined up to make an appearance on the rink as the all-star series prepares to hit our screens.
That's if they can convince Phillip!
Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Dancing On Ice coach Christopher Dean said: “It would be a real shame if the show’s hosts Phillip and Christine didn’t skate at least once.
“If we keep saying it would be nice to see them on the ice, then they may feel pressured to do it.
“I think Christine would be up for it, the problem is convincing Phillip. Come on Phillip – do it”.
A show source added to the tabloid: “Phillip is a good sport. I’m sure he won’t let us down”.
This Morning presenter Phillip and ex Daybreak host Christine were previously banned from the ice over health and safety fears.
He revealed last year: “I went on to the ice on our first series during a Friday rehearsal and I had a bit of a skate, had a stumble.
“I looked up and there was a line of suits standing there, who all beckoned me off he ice and said, ‘Health and safety, you can’t do that, you’re not insured’ and that has stood all the way through.
“Christine also wanted to get on the ice and she’s not allowed to either”.
Dancing On Ice launches this Sunday night on ITV.
