Beth Tweddle has revealed she's finding it hard in training for her return to Dancing On Ice.
Fourteen past contestants from the show will make up an all star line up for next month's final series on ITV.
Beth is one of six winners taking part, and the most recent victor having triumphed less than twelve months ago in the latest series final back in March.
But despite that, Beth admitted to having trouble getting back into the swing of things when she began training earlier this month.
For the new series, Beth has a new pro partner, skating with Lukasz Rozycki. The Oympian previously skated with Daniel Whiston in series 8, while Lukasz’s last partner was Laila Morse in series 7.
The 28-year-old, who has now retired from professional gymnastics, said: "Retirement was always going to be a big decision. I knew in my heart it was the right time to walk away from it.
"I love skating and I do fall over in every session but I know I have to fall over! This show has provided me with so many amazing memories."
She added: "It's given me so much confidence. The public's perceptions of me have changed too. When I was doing gymnastics, I was very focused. They didn't really see my personality.
"A lot of people commented on how nice it was to see me on the show. It brought me out of my shell. I learned a new skill. I had never skated before and to learn a new trick was amazing."
Speaking to Bang! Showbiz, Beth insisted that in spite of the falls she was loving every moment of her second series on the ice.
She said: "Last time, it was unknown territory. I am so lucky to have been given an opportunity that I have fallen in love with. I feel like I did when I was nine-years-old. I am like a little kid in a sweet shop!"
Meanwhile, singer Dane Bowers has issued Beth's DOI rival Gareth Gates a warning after it was revealed the pair would be appearing in the new series of The Big Reunion together.
The two popstars will be part of a new supergroup on the ITV2 show, as Gareth prepares for a very busy schedule this Spring.
Dane tweeted yesterday: "Gotta wish the lad @Gareth_Gates good luck on Dancing on Ice…don’t do yourself in please!!!"
Dancing On Ice starts on January 5 on ITV.
