Dancing On Ice 2013 hunk Gareth Thomas had to pull out of tonight's live show after becoming ill.
This evening saw Gareth, Matt Lapinskas, Beth Tweddle and Luke Campbell competing for a spot in the final next weekend.
The foursome have had to perform two routines each, one of which was to include flying.
But Gareth has been struggling all week and medics originally grounded him for his routines tonight.
He tweeted his followers this evening: "The medics have pulled me out of flying for safety reasons.I'm gutted but can't take the risk.Hope I can impress with another skate instead."
DOI coach and judge Karen Barber confessed earlier this week it wasn't going to plan with Gareth in training.
Karen admitted: “It’s motion sickness and Gareth was very sick. He is such a big guy, it’s a struggle to get him into the harness in the first place, let alone to have his partner, who is a slight little thing, try to manipulate him. It’s like prop week again, it’s like the harness is the prop…. Gareth is struggling.”
After his first skate on tonight's live show however, Gareth was still visibly ill and wasn't able to return for his second skate.
Gareth's pro partner Robin said: "He's not feeling that well, he was sick again after our first skating number.
She added: "Right now, he's with Sharon in the physio room with his mum. I think he used all his energy for the last skate we done.
"Every single day we've tried to run the flying number but he was still getting sick."
Dancing On Ice 2013 continues live on ITV.
