Dancing On Ice 2013 star Beth Tweedle has been left injured this week after the headbanger went wrong.
The Olympian is the second star to take on the dangerous move this series, but training with pro partner Dan Whiston ended in disaster this week.
Beth ended up bashing her head on the ice after losing her footing during rehearsals for this week's routine.
Dan rushed to help out the 27-year-old who fortunately seemed to avoid any real damage, although only thanks to the trusted crash helmet.
Come Sunday night however the helmet will be off as Beth and Dan perform the move like to millions.
It's not been a great week for Beth despite topping the leaderboard last Sunday.
As well as the injury, she had to call 999 and wait to be rescued after getting stuck in a lift.
A source said: "It was so funny when the fireman realised who they were rescuing. She gave them an autograph to say thanks."
This Sunday night will see Beth and the other remaining celebrity skaters - Gareth Thomas, Luke Campbell, Keith Chegwin, Joe Pasquale, Matt Lapinskas and Samia Ghadie - perform in a love themed romantic special for Valentines day.
