Dancing On Ice 2013 favourite Beth Tweddle could be ruled out of tonight's show.
The Olympian has been in hospital this week with severe gastroenteritis and could have to miss tonight's duel show.
The gymnast, partnered with Dan Whiston, hasn't been able to train due to the illness.
A source told The Sun today: “It’s 50/50 if Beth will be able to perform tonight."
“She spent last night resting and the team will review the situation," the source said this morning .“If she can’t skate, it will also be bad news for Oona King, who is meant to be facing her in a duel. Not having Beth there could really throw her.
“Two of the producers have also just been sent home suffering from severe gastroenteritis, so everyone on the show is worried they could be next.”
This evening will see Beth and the other remaining ten celebrities go head to head in the duel, with Beth set to battle Oona King.
The source revealed: "Falling ill this week has been a huge blow but she is determined to come back stronger. As an athlete she is used to setbacks.
“As long as she is well enough, she will be back in training and giving the competition her all.”
If Beth doesn't perform, both she and Oona will get a 'free pass' into the next round.
Dancing On Ice airs on ITV tonight.
