Karen Barber's feud with rival Dancing On Ice 2013 judge Jason Gardiner won't ever be resolved.
The pair are back on the panel together this year after previously rowing live on air after Karen was ditched as a judge.
Speaking on Daybreak this morning, Karen admitted: “We’ve gone through difficult times, we don’t interact away from the panel so there hasn’t really been time to fix it and recover from it.”
She explained: “On a Sunday I try to do my job as professionally as I can and I don’t have the time or the energy to try to resolve something that probably can’t ever be resolved. It is what it is.”
And Karen insisted that the pair's rivalry wasn't just for the cameras, as she branded Jason's comments to the celebs "offensive".
She said: “It’s not pantomime, I think Jason says what he thinks and there are consequences to that. He does tend to offend people. If you break down what he says it is a little bit offensive.
“He knows his stuff, as a dancer and a choreographer he does. What he says listen to it, because it can be constructive, it’s just sometimes the way he says it that can be offensive.”
Meanwhile, Karen tipped Joe Pasquale to be in danger this weekend as a third celeb faces the axe.
She said: “He’s great fun and if you think of where he started to his performance on Sunday, he has improved so much but probably not quite enough yet.”
“He’s still doing panto at the moment so he’s struggling to find the time but he does put the work in. When we had a break over Christmas I know for a fact he skated every day, apart from Christmas day. It didn’t make that much different.”
