Rugby hunk Gareth Thomas is finding the going tough on Dancing On Ice 2013.
After a stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house back in January, the Welsh sportsman is now taking on another reality show.
And it's fair to say that it's a lot harder than sitting in a house for a few weeks.
The 38-year-old has been partnered with skating pro Robin Johnstone for the show, and the pair have already been training for the past two months in the lead up to next month's live launch show.
But Gareth revealed: "I fall over at least once every day, if not two or three times."
He added: "I have bruises all over."
There's less than two weeks to go now until the first live performance, and Gareth admitted he as fearing the pressure.
He explained: "I don’t want to let my skating partner down."
