Dancing On Ice 2013 star Samia Ghadie has thanked her fans ahead of the show.
The Coronation Street actress is one of twelve celebrities who will be taking part in the new series, which starts on January 6.
Brunette beauty Samia has been in training with her pro-skater partner Sylvain Longchambon for the series for the past two months ahead of next month's first live show.
She tweeted this week: "Thank you all so much for all your support and good luck messages for me and @slongchambon today! #DancingOnIce I've read them all."
The mum-of-one Samia has wrapped up her filming for the ITV1 soap for this year, so she'll be completely focused on the contest.
And it seems to be paying off, with things going well so far in training.
The 30-year-old revealed she managed to stay on her feet for the first month of training without ever falling.
However she revealed: "My hips are so painful that if I touch them with the tip of my finger, it hurts.
Meanwhile, asked about her perfect skating partner, Sylvain replied: "Coronation Street co-star Chris Fountain because he is my mate and he is brilliant at skating!"
However her fellow soap star competitor Matt Lapinskas isn't faring so well.
Matt said: “I have a few bumps and bruises. Early on, I fell over and cracked my hip bone on the ice.
“I fell over a few times on the first day. I now find I fall trying to do the lifts.
“But my biggest fear is something going wrong on the first live show or my costume splitting open.”
