Jason Gardiner has confirmed he'll be back on Dancing On Ice 2013 in the new year.
Jason had been axed for this year's series, replaced by Louis Spence.
However after ratings fell, bosses have decided to ditch Louis and bring back critical Jason, the Craig Revel Horwood of the ITV1 series.
A statement from his spokesman Simon Jones said today: "We can officially confirm that Jason Gardiner will be returning to Dancing on Ice in January!"
Louie Spence previously revealed he would not be returning for a second year on the panel.
Louie tweeted this week: “To all asking, no I won’t be judging @Dancingonice this year. Jason is back.”
Speaking about the series earlier this year, Louie confessed: “I don’t worry about getting axed though, the dance world is about constant rejection.”
Head judge Robin Cousins will be back but Katarina Witt will also be replaced after she failed to connect with the audience.
It's been claimed that Hayley Tamaddon, soap star and former Dancing On Ice contestant, will join the panel.
Celebs lined up for the new series have included Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson, who recently appeared on Channel 5′s Celebrity Big Brother.
Also seen in training have been TOWIE’s Lauren Goodger, boxer Luke Campbell and gymnast Beth Tweddle.
Other stars on Dancing On Ice 2013 are rumoured to include soaps stars Samia Ghadie and Matt Lapinskas and telly host Anthea Turner.
The show returns to ITV1 in the new year, and we’ll have all the news and gossip as always!
