The mum Britain's Got Talent star Jonathan Antoine has said that Britain's Got Talent has given her son his life back!
The Opera singing teenager wowed audiences on Monday night, winning a spot in Saturday's final.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Jonathan's mum Tracey said that Jonathan had been a "different person" since his first audition.
“Before this, he’d hide under a big jumper and hardly go out. Now he’s putting on a Superman T-shirt and going off to shopping centres," she told the newspaper.
And Tracey revealed that the reaction from the public had been overwhelmingly positive.
She explained: “Everyone has been so lovely, he’s really enjoying himself and it’s great to see. He’s had so many people complimenting him. He’s thrilled.
"It’s wonderful to see him so happy. It’s made him realise there are lots of nice people out there.
“I know his career could take off with this but I don’t think he’ll ever change. He’ll still be walking along the street with a plastic carrier bag. That’s just the sort of person he is.”
