Simon Cowell is reportedly set to take X Factor and Britain's Got Talent off ITV1 following rows this week.
It follows yet more revelations from Simon's unauthorised biography, which claims the channel fails to "respect" the music mogul.
ITV currently have a deal to air both Britain's Got Talent and The X Factor until 2013, worth around £100 million.
The shows are by far the channel's biggest, with The X Factor being named as the top rated show of all of last year, even beating the Royal Wedding.
The book - written by former BBC hack Tim Bower - is out today.
