The camp singers impressed the judges on Saturday night, and won a place in the next round after being joined on stage by David Walliams.
“David Walliams was completely outrageous," the group's David Dale said this week. “He is the gayest straight man I have ever met in my life and I love him for that.
“I think it is people like David who have made the whole gay thing in this day and age very acceptable.”
Speaking to The Sun this morning, David and his bandmates – Will Read, Zachary Cole, Simon Caterall and Shaun Godwin-Rotherham – revealed they hope to get Simon Cowell to join them on stage next.
“It would be a dream come true if we could get Simon to join in. He is one of my heroes.," David said. "I would love to have Simon and David in the group.
“I would dress them up in as little as possible, in fig leaves or something.”
He added: “I think deep down [Simon] loves the campness but he’s not likely to admit it."
