Britain's Got Talent 2012 auditions: Rap duo Archer and Vowski impress judges

Britain's Got Talent

Rap duo Archer and Vowski managed to win themselves a place in the next round of Britain’s Got Talent at the weekend, convincing three of the judges that their singing was up to scratch.

A&V told Britain’s Got More Talent host Stephen Mulhern how they hoped to have number one singles and platinum albums, but they struggled with their first performance for the judges.

Performing without backing music at Alesha Dixon's request, the boys manage to win themselves a callback with their original rap.

David Walliams told the pair: “I think it was really nice being mentioned in a rap song. Kanye has [mentioned me] but never a British artist. I'd like to see more of you.”

Meanwhile even Simon Cowell was won over, saying: “The second rap where you showed a sense of humour became fun to watch. You're annoying but I liked you.”
