Britain's Got Talent 2012: Deja Vu still hoping for a call from Simon Cowell!

Britain's Got Talent 2012 - Deja Vu

Lead singer Carole Anne from Britain's Got Talent 2012 group Deja vu has said she is still awaiting a call from Simon Cowell after their audition on Saturday night.

The five piece group, who said they hoped to become an older version of X Factor winners Little Mix, received less than positive feedback from the panel after their take on Adele at the weekend.

Hitting back at Simon's comments, the group's lead singer Carole Anne said: “I think if they were going to pick on one act it would have to be the older girls.

“I'm just hoping that if Simon watches it back he might give me a call back.”

She went on: “We're the older Little Mix and we want to be discovered and spread our message and be an inspiration to somebody else.

“At the age of 30 you're not over the hill. Female performers still have a lot to give."

But Simon, Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden and David Walliams didn't agree, with the girls getting four big nos!
