Britain's Got Talent 2012: The Mend are single and looking!

Britain's Got Talent 2012 - The Mend

Good news girls, Britain's Got Talent 2012 boy group The Mend at single - and looking!

The four hotties - Kris, Dean, Craig and Jay - won over the panel on Saturday night with a unique spin on Otis Reading hit Sittin' On The Dock Of The Bay.

It's been a whirlwind few days for the lads from Manchester, having taken the social networks by storm and creating a fanbase that could soon rival that of one direction.

"It’s been amazing," Kris said this morning. "We’ve been inundated with tweets and emails from fans. I watched the show with other guys and a few beers. It was so surreal seeing ourselves on television. Our families are made up for us."

Speaking to the official ITV website, Craig added: "Online, our fans have been calling themselves the ‘Menders and Mendettes.’ How cool is that?

"We’re so humbled. We haven’t had the easiest starts in life but we’re showing what you can achieve through hard-work and ambition."

And the group revealed there would be much more to come from them if they made it to the live finals in May.

Dean teased: "Dancing is our secret weapon. Craig is a pretty good mover and can do back-flips and all sorts. And you never know, we may even incorporate a rap or two!"

Dean also revealed: "We’re all single and looking to mingle. I’m looking for a soul-mate. Basically, someone I can be myself around."

Kris agreed, and confessed a secret crush on one of the BGT judges!

He said: "I really fancy Alesha Dixon. She seems so genuine and she’s seriously hot!"

Britain's Got Talent 2012 continues on Saturday
