Britain's Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon has claimed that Simon Cowell has become a big softy after reurning to the show!
The music mogul quit the panel last year, but made a not-so-understated comeback last month when auditions for the new series kicked off.
BGT judge Alesha, who is also a new face on the panel this year, reckons that the show allows Simon to show his more softer side as opposed to The X Factor.
"The banter on the panel has been wonderful," the former Strictly Come Dancing judge said last week. "I think you see a softer side of Simon on Britan's Got Talent.
"With The X Factor the judges are in competition with each other, but here we're all looking for a star together so we all get on great."
And Alesha, understood to be getting a hefty #350,000 fee for her first ever series of the show, revealed the judges were even bonding off camera.
She explained: "Amanda took me out for a coffee before this started and we just hit it off. We get on so well, we've both have filthy laughs, she has a great sense of humour."
Speaking on This Morning, Alesha also insisted she had no idea of what acts would be taking to the stage each week.
The singer said: Britain's Got Talent' you never know is going to walk through the door, there are all sorts of different talents."
