Britain's Got Talent 2012 judges Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden have praised the show's "unique talent", with Amanda naming Stavros Flatley as her favourite act.
The farther and son pair made the live shows in 2009 for their topless Greek-Irish dancing.
"I still can’t get over the surprise element of their act," Amanda explains. "It was just brilliant. Their audition just made me so happy. I was bursting with laughter and joy. "
And the mum-of-two revealed: "I’ve since hired them for weddings and family parties, I just love them! What I also love is that after they have performed, they hand out business cards for their electrician company, so I might use them when I’m having the cottage done up, but only if they come in their stage outfits."
New judge Alesha Dixon agreed, saying: "As much as we saw some amazing singers and dancers, I’ve actually loved the acts that bring something new to the table that I’ve never seen before.
"The first time I’d ever seen a new and unique talent performed was actually a really special experience."
The singer and former Strictly Come Dancing judge went on: "I also loved the brilliantly bad acts. They’re not necessarily talented, as they’re not the best singers or dancers, but they have a special quality that entertains you and you really root for them.
"I’ve always said, if you can actually entertain then you do have some sort of talent. There are so many acts that I’ve said yes to that I never thought I would because they’ve made me smile or laugh. I really surprised myself."
Britain's Got Talent 2012 starts Saturday at 8PM on ITV1.
