Britain's Got Talent 2012: Singing trio Mitsotu impress judges

Mitsotu (Britain's Got Talent 2012)

A singing and dancing trio going by the name of Mitsotu impressed the judges at Britain’s Got Talent 2012 auditions earlier this year.

The trio - made up of Essex singers James, Jimmy and Holly - have already had successful careers as backing dancers, having even performed alongside Janet Jackson in the past.

But performing for the judging panel in London earlier this year, which saw guest judge Carmen Electra step in for Amanda Holden, the group showed they could sing as well as dance.

Mitsotu - Music is the soul of the universe - performed Labyrinth track Earthquake at London's Hammersmith Apollo in February.

Alesha praised the group's "fantastic stage presence", but Simon wasn't too sure on the group as a whole.

"Holly, you are a total star," he told the group, before the music mogul admitted his concerns over the boys.

Watch Mitsotu below and tell us - do you think they have what it takes to win Britain's Got Talent 2012?

The show starts at 8PM on ITV1 this Saturday.
