Britain's Got Talent boss Simon Cowell has vowed to continue to be on telly for at least another decade!

Speaking at a recent charity event in aid of children's hospice Shooting Star CHASE, the music mogul said he'd probably find it hard to ever retire.

He explained: "The way I'm doing it at the moment works fine, producing X Factor (and) appearing on (Britain's) Got Talent. It works very well."

And despite some of his talent shows coming up to their tenth anniversaries, Simon insisted there was still stars to be uncovered across the globe.

"Genuinely it's all about finding that one rare person and you never know whether you're going to find it in England or America, but luckily I've found it both sides," he told the Coventry Telegraph.

The Syco chief continued: "Sometimes you've got to find a diamond in the rough and a lot of people don't even know what they've got.

"That's part of your job when you do what I do."

Britain's Got Talent 2012 will return to TV at the end of March.
