New Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden turned 'nasty' when she returned to auditions at the weekend, it has been claimed.
The 40-year-old re-joined Simon Cowell, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon on the panel as auditions moved to Scotland.
But The People claim that the usually sympathetic judge ended up getting booed by the crowd after some cutting comments to the acts, including an 11-year-old girl.
West End star Amanda also rejected a band called the Kiks, telling the group: "I don't think you are original enough and have a long way to go."
A harsh Amanda told another singer: "That simply didn't cut it and I'm going to stick to my guns and say no."
The Wild At Heart actress was also distracted by her mobile during one audition, explaining to the hopeful: "Oops, sorry, I was just checking everything was OK with the baby."
However despite all the negative comments to the acts, Amanda insisted: "My life now feels complete. I feel great now. The doctors have given me the all-clear and I feel like I'm bursting with health and energy."
Britain's Got Talent 2012 auditions continue this weekend in Birmingham.
