Guest judge to join Britain's Got Talent panel at London auditions, David Walliams claims

David Walliams (Britain's Got Talent 2012)Britain's Got Talent judge David Walliams has suggested that a guest judge will stand in for Amanda Holden at this week's London auditions.

Writing on his Twitter page, the comedian said: "The London auditions for BGT start tomorrow, and there is going to be an amazing new guest judge..."

The news comes a week after he told reporters at the National Television Awards that he didn't think Amanda, who recently gave birth, would be replaced.

"I don’t think we’ll get a replacement. As it was last minute we went ahead with us three and it was fine," said the former Little Britain star.

"Although I hear Louis Walsh is always available!"

Amanda was absent from the recent Blackpool and Cardiff try-outs, which went ahead with the other three judges - David, Simon Cowell and Alesha Dixon. However, she reportedly hopes to rejoin the tour when it stops in Edinburgh at the weekend.
