Amanda Holden hopes to return to Britain's Got Talent 2012 auditions in a few days, just weeks after being left in intestine care while given birth.
The motivated West End star is hoping to get right back on her feet after almost dying in hospital and wants to jump into the madness as soon as possible.
According to the Daily Mirror, Amanda told ITV bosses this week: “Don’t replace me – I’m coming back!”
The 40-year-old was discharged from hospital last week with new baby Hollie, after complications left her on life support two weeks ago.
But she insisted to friends: “I’m much stronger and thrilled with my new family.
"I’m hoping to go back to Britain’s Got Talent in Edinburgh – I feel so much better it is fantastic.”
A supposed "close pal" added to the tabloid: “She loves Britain’s Got Talent and wants to play her full part. Despite her brush with death she just wants to get back to normal as soon as possible.”
Britain's Got Talent 2012 auditions continue next week in London.
