The new series brings together the most talented and memorable acts from past series of BGT as well as Got Talent series across the world.

They’re going head to head in this supersized version of BGT, all trying to be crowned the ultimate champion and walk away with the cash prize and coveted Champions Trophy.

Representing America in tonight’s show were father and daughter daredevil duo Bello and Annaliese Nock.

The two circus performers have previously performed stunts involving dynamite and helicopters. For BGT: The Champions, they risk their life in the Wheel of Death, a 50ft rotating wheel.

Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams were on the judging panel to offer up their opinions on the acts.

Simon, who previously saw the pair on AGT, said: “The reaction here is everything I hoped it would be. Since I got to know both of you, you are one of the most incredible acts we’ve had on Got Talent.

“I’m amazed you’re both still alive. Every time I see you do something I genuinely think you’re going to die.”

David added: “I could barely watch because it was absolutely terrifying – how is that allowed?! It was incredible!”

Alesha said: “I felt so dizzy watching you but it was so much fun. Your showmanship is fantastic.”

And Amanda concluded: “It’s an incredible act. You’re absolutely nuts but I loved you.”

Other acts on this weekend’s show included sand artist Kseniya Simonova, BGT series one winner and multi-platinum selling artist Paul Potts, along with Simon’s Golden Buzzer from series 10 Boogie Storm.

Plus, there’s series 1 singer Connie Talbot – who first appeared on the show aged 6 – and daredevil father-daughter duo from America’s Got Talent, Bello and Annaliese Nock.

Completing the line up are Aussie duo The Nelson Twins, 2012 BGT winner Ashleigh Butler and her new dog Sully, illusionist The Sacred Riana and dance duo Bad Salsa.
