Britain's Got Talent 2018 contestants Baba Yega are no strangers to Simon Cowell's talent contest.

They have already WON the Belgian version, and come second in Germany.

The dance act appeared on the ITV show earlier this year, getting hosts Ant and Dec to open a box revealing one of their 'alien' members inside.

They wore freaky face masks and shiny black suits, impressing the judges with a slick, eye-catching audition.

"I love you guys, I think you're amazing. Unique, original, different," said Alesha Dixon.

"Aliens have never won the show before, and we welcome you to Britain's Got Talent," added Simon.

However, it was far from Baba Yega's first Got Talent experience - as they've already had success on not one, but two global versions of the show.

The five-piece originally appeared on Belgium's Got Talent, their home country's adaptation, in 2016.

They performed a similar try-out, earning a standing ovation from the crowd - while judge Dan Karaty hit the Golden Buzzer.

"The whole idea behind it, really clever, gives such an effect," he said. "Makes it more than just a dance act, makes it a variety act.

"I try to hold on to that thing as long as I can, because you just never know what's coming. That's how I would normally act, but forget it, I'm hitting it!"

Dan's decision sent Baba Yega straight through to the live shows - and viewers eventually voted them the winners.

Having tasted victory, last year the group headed to Germany to compete on Das Supertalent.

Again, the Golden Buzzer was pressed, by judge Bruce Darnell.

They reached the grand final but didn't quite match their previous result, finishing in second place.

Now, with their third stint on a Got Talent franchise, Baba Yega are hoping to win over British viewers.

Although lightning didn't strike three times with the Golden Buzzer, they still made the judges' shortlist, earning four yesses.

Now they're in the live semi-finals, performing tonight.

Britain's Got Talent 2018 continues at 7:30PM this evening on ITV.
