Susan Boyle is reportedly fearing she'll be dropped from Simon Cowell's Syco record label.
However both her rep and Syco have insisted that a new album from the BGT star is on its way.
Susan Boyle - aka SuBo - has released an album every year since first appearing on the ITV series back in 2009 up until October 2014.
But she's yet to put out a record in the almost two years since then.
According to the Sunday People newspaper, SuBo now fears uncertainty over her future.
"With my previous albums, SyCo couldn’t do enough for me. Now I feel like they are planning to get rid of me," she is quoted as telling a 'pal'. “They used to roll out the red carpet whenever I was in London. I was their big star. But now things couldn’t be more different. I struggle to get hold of anyone from the label by phone."
She added, via the 'friend': “Performing and recording are my life. I’ve waited so long for this and I’ll be completely devastated if they let me go."
A spokesman for Susan Boyle commented on the story: “Susan is not being dropped by her record label. She is looking forward to the next few months and is excited about promoting her new album.”
A spokesman for SyCo added: “We are looking forward to Susan’s new album and continuing our partnership with her.”
