Britain's Got Talent sword swallower has BIG plans for the live shows

Alexandr Magala: Britain's Got Talent

Britain's Got Talent sword swallower Alexandr Magala has promised fans a 'big trick' if he makes the live shows.

Alexandr made it through to the next stage of this year's competition after a shocking audition at the weekend got him four yeses from the panel.

The dare devil impressed with stunts on stage while having a sword down his throat, leaving the judges completely stunned.

The try out was scary for us viewers and it was just was just as bad for Alexandr himself.

"It's always terrifying," he said this week. "Every time is like the first time and you have to count it for a split second - especially when I dive down - you have to be focused and keep your mind clear of all the doubts and fear. So yeah, of course, it's always scary."

Now looking ahead to the live shows if he gets through, Alexandr teased: "My audition was a warm-up. I have up my sleeve a really crazy trick that even I'm not sure I'll be able to pull off."

He told DigitalSpy: "I hope everything will be fine and I have time to practice.

"And I will do my best, of course I will step my game up. In order to show something better, something more exciting and more dangerous.

The performer added to the official ITV website: "If I get to the Semi-Finals, I really want to show my new trick! I’m not even sure it’s possible but I’m really trying to deliver something new that audiences have never seen before.

"I’ve never tried this trick before so right now, I’m in the process of rehearsing so I can present it to Britain’s Got Talent audiences and to the Judges."

Britain's Got Talent airs Saturday nights on ITV.
